Nova Behavioral Healthcare is actively monitoring and following the guidelines provided by the World Health Organization and CDC regarding the COVID-19. We are also following the state and local guidelines for Ohio and Montgomery County to do our part in being proactive.
We are also taking additional actions to ensure a safe environment when you come to Nova Behavioral for residential or outpatient services. We have increased the frequency of our own policies regarding cleaning procedures throughout the agency. We’ve also stressed the importance of good hygiene, cleaning and sanitizing procedures, and reemphasized the importance of health standards and protocols with employees and clients.
The health and safety of our employees and clients is also a huge priority for Nova Behavioral. Over the last several weeks, we have provided ongoing guidance and information on how our staff can keep themselves and their families healthy. Should one of our employees become directly exposed to or diagnosed with a confirmed case of COVID-19, the affected employees will be required to self-quarantine. We’ll work with local health authorities and thoroughly clean and sanitize Nova facilities. Stay healthy and safe!
We are continuing to take referrals, providing assessment, outpatient and residential care. Most of the outpatient care is provided through telehealth. Residential is available at well as residential detoxification services. Please call our intake department at 253-1680, extension 232 for further details.
Please be safe as we work through this very challenging time!
